The CD-ROM contains the full-length technical version of Circular 1198 as a set of PDF's. It also contains a PDF of the short, printed version (8 MB) for general audience, a PDF of the disc label, and installers for the Acrobat Reader software.
The longer technical version of the circular with links to all chapters consists of one main PDF file (357 KB) with links to all of the other parts making up the publication. This version is provided as a CD-ROM in the back of the printed copy of Circular 1198.
