Abstract: (Producer) An independent study program that provides the knowledge to understand the normal anatomy of the shoulder and orientation when performing an arthroscopic or open procedure; to evaluate the steps necessary to achieve anatomic restoration for anterior glenohumeral instability; to recognize the technical challenges and correct procedures for re-creating and preserving shoulder range of motion; to identify the critical factors and steps required to place anchors and bone tunnels; and to avoid commonly occurring intra-operative pitfalls and complications in achieving anterior shoulder stabilization
